I fully approve of the idea that a leader should employ a framework to eliminate waste of communication and collaboration. They often cross the border of rules to make the team satisfy their own "fake urgency" without noticing team's focus is missing.

Also, there should a transparent goal for people to follow lest them should be misdirected by ambiguous reasons. Reducing waste is another mindset of boosting efficiency. I expect AI technologies could release human beings' brains from redundant work.
