I love this comment. Accumulating small behavior change is the key to change the culture. In fact, the principle is the same as strengthening our wills. If someone want to reshape his body, what should do is not exercising actively, but cultivate the habit of it. Maybe once a week, twice a week, etc. to let his body accustomed to the behavior.
