I love this idea. When there are multiple products ongoing and only a team consumes requirements, it is a sprint goal that matters to help them prioritize what should be done first. Also, I recommend the product owner take ring-based handling strategy or focus on certain product for several sprints to ascertain shippable delivery increments.
