I totally agree with ur point that the product team should net be separated for different purpose but work as a whole to deliver right products for customers.
However, as per my observation, most companies don't focus on product discovery/delivery, they just eager to deliver fancy features as soon as possible to gain immediate customers.
I hope to read materials about how to trigger people's awareness to product discovery, and how to make it feasible among all teams, not just limited to the product team. Thank you very much.
