I just took some statistics about view and reading values of my post and the top 3 posts were:
Much to my surprise, there are so many views on Kanban issues but I am not sure why. Could anyone explain what is your viewpoint on this topic because as I know there are not many people talking about this.. at least in Taiwan. :)
Furthermore, I have been watching the market requirements of an Agile Coach for a long time. It is regretful that even if agile methodologies have been advocated for a long time our job market is still unfriendly to those who are willing to put efforts into the field and acquire misleading capabilities. No wonder there are many people calling Taiwan as a ghost island (鬼島).
Performance management associates to bonus directly so that usually we concentrate on increasing our personal skills but ignore that the overall performance even matters. The target of applying agile approaches is to view a team as a whole so that they are trained to become a cross-functional team.
